Volunteer Management Made Easy: New and Improved Teams on Impactive

Supercharge your volunteer management with new and improved Teams! Previously, only individual users could form teams. Now, campaign admins can create teams of volunteers and staff to:

  • Group volunteers however they'd like: by shared interests, location, or issue focus
  • Manage groups of volunteers much more easily
  • Send targeted actions to specific teams
  • Engage with teams using notifications, broadcast messaging, or direct messages
  • Track engagement and performance by group

Team members can message each other on Impactive with team chats, which can be turned on automatically for each team. Use team chats to prompt action, share encouragement, strengthen your team’s sense of community, and more!

Synced Contact Types on NGP VAN

Integration with NGP VAN is much more seamless with the addition of default contact types. All syncs now come with a contact type, which reduces integration data errors between your campaign on Impactive and NGP VAN.
